I have ridiculously weak abs now, so improving them is definitely a long term goal. Long term, but doable.
I did a modified circuit at home today and nothing else. I slept until 1400 cause I was exhausted, and it was pretty awesome. Then, I went to the SB party, came home and did some dishes.
Now I'm off to bed so I can wake up at 0730 to get to SB for Jaime's 0830 class, then sparring then a circuit and maybe some time on the elliptical depending on what time is is and how many rounds I spar.
Fight life isn't easy, but I love it!
